Resources for Workplace Coordinators
Welcome to the Campaign! As a Coordinator,
you play a vital role in making this year’s Combined Charities
Campaign a success. Even the smallest amount of time and effort can
make a big difference in the lives of those that benefit from the
many local, state, national and international charities that
participate in the Combined Charities Campaign.
Although we prepare materials that
are easy to use and understand, we recognize that there is no
substitute for Coordinators. Without your valuable one-on-one
contact, no campaign could succeed. On behalf of all the charities,
we thank you for your efforts.
As a coordinator, the following tasks
will be assigned to you:
Provide information to employees in your department
- Distribute materials to every
employee in your department/school.
- Introduce yourself as the
Coordinator when you hand each employee the campaign booklet and
pledge card.
Encourage them to contact you if they have a question.
-
Contact us if someone has a question you can’t answer. We will
do our best to get you the answer you need.
Increase the visibility of the campaign in your area/department
Hang Campaign Posters around your department
-
Invite
a speaker. Even a 5-10 minute presentation at a staff
meeting or other gathering of employees helps

Charity Fair. For a really dramatic impact, arrange a charity
Fair in which participating charities can stop by, hand out
materials and answer questions. To arrange a fair or speaker in
your location, contact CCC office 312-379-0190.
