HOW TO GIVE
If your workplace has a Combined Charities Campaign, you have two options:
Donate by Pledge Form:
• Ask your Coordinator for a Donor Guide and Pledge Form
• Choose a Charity or Charities
• Decide how much you want to give
• Complete and sign Pledge Form and return to Coordinator
• Confirmation sent if home address provided
Donate online:
• Go to www.cccquickgive.org
• Choose your worksite from the dropdown list
• Choose how much you want to give
• Choose a Charity
• Choose a payment method (credit card option available)
• Submit
• Confirmation will be sent via email
NO COMBINED CHARITIES CAMPAIGN?
If you do not have a Combined Charities Campaign, contact your HR Department
about establishing one in your workplace or contact us for Informaiton.
